Retrieves the potentially unwanted applications (PUA) configuration for Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

DESCRIPTION
Gets the configuration settings for potentially unwanted applications from the Microsoft Defender XDR portal. This function includes caching support with a 30-minute TTL to reduce API calls.
